Cinnamon Oat Kicks
INGREDIENTS

1 ¼ Cup Rolled Oats

½ Cup Almond flour

2 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

2 tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Allspice

⅛ tsp salt
Wet

½ Cup melted Coconut Oil

½ Cup Honey
-
2 Eggs
-
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Final
- 1 Cup Grated Carrots
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 185ºC.

Mix together the oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt.

Stir together the coconut oil, vanilla, egg, and honey.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.

Fold in the carrots.

Store batter in the fridge for about 20 min.

Scoop golf-ball-sized drops onto a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake 15 min.

Allow to cool.

Serve.
