Ingredients
Sauce:
1/3 cup of fresh orange juice
1/3 cup of pineapple juice
Juice from 5 Limes
1/3 cup of honey
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Fruit:
Four quarts of cut fruit: oranges, apples, pears, grapes, bananas, blackberries, and strawberries, blueberries, or watermelon. (Substitute in the fruits you have.)
Directions
Add sauce ingredients together except for vanilla extract. Boil over medium heat. Simmer for 5—10 minutes; let cool; add vanilla.
Cut up fruit into 1/4” x 3/4” slices and place into a large glass bowl. Pour sauce over the fruit. Toss. Cover and refrigerate for four hours. Serve and enjoy!
