Overnight Egg Sensation

Ingredients

12 Eggs

1 ½ cups of soft bread crumbs

1 ½ cups of milk

1 cup of swiss cheese (shredded)

½ cup butter

2 tablespoons flour

½ tablespoon salt

¼ tablespoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter. Add milk, flour, salt, pepper and mix.

  2. On medium heat cook until thick and bubbly. Add cheese, melt and pour mix to bowl

  3. In the pan on medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter. Add eggs. Turn occasionally, don’t cook completely. Leave them glossy and wet.

  4. Add milk mix to eggs. Stir in.

  5. Pour into to 9 x 9 baking pan

  6. In a bowl, mix butter (1/4 cup melted) with bread crumbs. Spread over contents of 9 x 9 pan

  7. Refrigerate overnight

  8. In the morning, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve.
